RV Friendly Parking Nungarin Western Australia. There is visitor information available at the Nungarin Community Resource Centre, Railway Ave Nungarin. Stays for fully self-contained recreational vehicles (RV) is available at the Shire Recreation Ground at a cost of $25 per van/per night for an unpowered site and $30 per van/per night for powered sites. Bookings and payments can be made at the Shire office – there is also a dump point and potable water at the Nungarin Rest Area, Railway Ave Nungarin. Nungarin retains several historical buildings, with one being Mangowine Homestead which is located 16 km north of the town. This is an RV Friendly stop, the homestead was built by Charles and Jane Adams in the early 1870s and was handed over to the National Trust in 1968. Many visitors head to Nungarin for the famous Mangowine outdoor concert and Festival weekend which is on the first Saturday every October followed by the Sunday Markets and Festival.
